Ceon Corporation(TM), a pioneer provider of eBusiness service fulfillment solutions, has appointed Douglas Matthew Schrier as Executive Vice President of Strategic Corporate Business Development.

Before joining Ceon, Schrier served as Senior Vice President for Acquisitions and Strategic Ventures at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC SAIC - http://saic.com. ), a Fortune 500 company, and the world's leading privately owned technology company, with annual revenues topping $6.5 Billion.

At SAIC Schrier oversaw acquisitions, joint ventures, minority investments, partnerships and technology licensing agreements and reported to the Chief Executive Officer. Schrier completed 15 strategic investments totaling nearly $200 MM in next-generation telecommunications software providers, carriers, and equipment providers.

Of these, five have gone public, and three are currently preparing to go public. Schrier has also served as a director for three technology companies, one of which was public.
