Cenuco Pioneers Video Advertising on Cell Phones.

BOCA RATON, Fla. -- Cenuco, Inc. (AMEX: ICU) today announced it has created a new innovative standard in today's advertising industry, global advertising on cell phones. The Company is moving forward on a system to deliver rich-media, video, and content based advertising to standard cellular handsets. Through a technology combination of the recently announced acquisition of a leader in on-line advertising, and Cenuco's core technology for delivering video and audio onto cell phones, the Company intends to offer a feature-rich multimedia advertising platform to mobile wireless devices.

According to industry analysts, over 600 million cellular handsets will be in use during 2005. The Internet Advertising Bureau also reported on-line advertising sales at a record $2.37 billion in the 2nd quarter, up over 43% from the prior year. Cenuco intends to lead the convergence of on-line advertising to the cellular handset through its new Online and Cellular Advertising Division.
