) today announced it has created a new innovative standard in today's advertising industry, global advertising on cell phones. The Company is moving forward on a system to deliver rich-media, video, and content based advertising to standard cellular handsets. Through a technology combination of the recently announced acquisition of a leader in on-line advertising, and Cenuco's core technology for delivering video and audio onto cell phones, the Company intends to offer a feature-rich multimedia advertising platform to mobile wireless devices.
