FaxMail

FaxMail allows customers to control when and where they receive faxes. With FaxMail, a separate fax line is not needed since the fax is sent to the customer's personal fax mailbox that is maintained by Century. The FaxMail user can then access their fax mailbox, and with the keypad of a telephone, direct the digitally stored fax to the fax machine of their choosing. Paging features are also available for fax notification.

FaxMail also provides the user with voloo annotation 1. (programming, compiler) annotation - Extra information associated with a particular point in a document or program. Annotations may be added either by a compiler or by the programmer.  features and increased security for sensitive documents as well as an affordable, easy means to reroute faxes to groups or individuals.

FaxOnDemand

Century's FaxOnDemand system provides callers with instant access to information through their telephone and fax machine. Callers may choose the information they wish to receive from a menu, entering their receiving fax number and receive the information instantly from a services or products provider equipped with FaxOnDemand.

FaxOnDemand offers customers the greatest flexibility in receiving information quickly as well as freeing employees from addressing envelopes and overnighting information. The system will also furnish marketing-oriented caller activity reports measuring activity by time of day, area of the country and product interest.

FaxGuardian(R)

BroadcastFax

Century's BroadcastFax service provides a software solution for distributing hundreds of faxes simultaneously with virtually no follow up needed by the sender. The system allows for specific time release of faxes and allows users to customize fax distribution lists for hundreds of locations. It automatically retries re·tries
