Century Technologies announces purchase of majority stake by Affinity.

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 1, 1996--Century Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ/BB:CNTK)(the "Company") Friday announced that a majority interest in the company had been purchased by Affinity Entertainment Inc. (NASDAQ:AFTY).

Under the terms of the agreement, Century sold 37,500,000 units to Affinity in exchange for $3 million in cash and notes. Each unit consists of one share of Century Technologies common stock and one warrant to purchase an additional share at $2.
