 BB:CNTI CNTI Confederação Nacional Trab Industria ) today announced that it has formed a strategic alliance with ASAPconnect.com, Inc., a leading global provider of online customer communication solutions for marketing, sales and service.

The alliance provides for an equity swap Equity swap

, which will further diversify and complement Century's membership marketing, nutritional product line and Web technology customer base. The two companies will also implement a global Internet initiative to reach Century's membership base.

Under the terms of the alliance, Century customers will have access to ASAPconnect.com's comprehensive Internet service program, which offers affordable, filtered online access for a family-friendly Web experience.

Wade Cordell, chairman of Century Industries, stated, "We are excited to offer ASAPconnect.com's state-of-the-art filtered Internet service. This partnership greatly expands Century's services and opportunities for new revenue streams."

Century is currently negotiating a contract to bundle ASAPconnect.com's Internet service with one million new computers for the consumer marketplace.
