 as its auditor for 1999.

Stefanou & Co. LLC maintains offices in McLean, Virginia McLean is an unincorporated community located in Fairfax County in Northern Virginia. A small geographic area along Chain Bridge Road in Arlington County has a 22101 zip code and is also part of McLean.  and Philadelphia, PA, and are experienced public company auditors.

The new Directors were also Directors of Worldwide Network, Inc., a growing New Jersey health products company which distributes its products through a national sales force comprising of thousands of independent representatives.

Carl J. Valore - Carl has been a practicing attorney for thirty eight years and retired from active trial practice in 1995. He is past fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers The American College of Trial Lawyers is a professional trial organization composed of trial lawyers from the United States and Canada. Founded in 1950, the College is dedicated to maintaining and improving the standards of trial practice, the administration of justice and the  and Certified Civil Trial Attorney in New Jersey. He received his undergraduate degree from Juanita College, his JD Degree from Dickinson Law School and pursued post-graduate studies in biology at Stockton State College.

He is an expert in development of legally compliant network marketing organizations. Mr. Valore was an Associate Editor of the New Jersey Law Journal, New Jersey Lawyer and Trial Magazine. Carl has been a frequent lecturer and has published numerous articles in the legal literature field.
