New Resources, Technology and Training Help Century 21(r)

Brokers Attract New and Experienced Agents

In 1998, Century 21 Real Estate Corporation will further strengthen its commitment to the CENTURY 21(r) System broker community through the creation and implementation of an ongoing recruitment campaign to help brokers attract new and experienced agents. This new program offers brokers a variety of tools for recruiting talented agents, including print and local radio advertising; direct mail pieces which brokers can customize to meet their individual needs; a soon-to-be-released, interactive multimedia CD-ROM CD-ROM: see compact disc.

-- Direct Mail: Cards are available for brokers to customize in order to communicate individual recruiting messages. Each card carries a different message, but all stress the benefits of being part of the CENTURY 21 System, including the strongest consumer brand awareness, superior training, the most up-to-date technology and marketing materials.

-- CENTURY 21(r) Recruiting Edge(sm): This leading-edge, interactive multimedia CD-ROM, available in the spring, helps brokers illustrate the strengths of the CENTURY 21 System to new recruits. Topics covered include the power of the brand, System technology and the CENTURY 21(r) Fine Homes & Estates(tm) brand extension. The program can be customized to meet the needs of a particular recruit or market.
