Centurum Unveils New Constituent Interaction Management Suite for Congressional Offices.

ARLINGTON, Va. -- CIMSuite Provides Government Officials an Effective System to Analyze and Manage Constituent Communication

Centurum, Inc., providing mission-critical technologies to the federal government, today announced Constituent Interaction Management Suite (CIMSuite), a set of network-enabled applications that are custom-tailored for managing constituent feedback for government leaders - from the initial contact regarding a specific issue or legislation, to ongoing target communications and demographic analysis.

Given the increased use of communication channels, such as e-mail, fax, postal mail and phone, government officials are challenged with a constant inundation of feedback from public citizens and agencies. Unlike many customer relationship management systems that are generally intended to facilitate and carry out a finite number of interactions between just two parties, such as the customer and the service provider, CIMSuite is specifically designed for government officials providing a series of modules used to track contact information, incoming and outgoing correspondence, workflows and important events. Additionally, CIMSuite stores and analyzes information about constituents, such as opinions expressed on specific issues, affiliation, and demographic profile.

CIMSuite's primary application module facilitates the process of managing incoming messages received and their responses. Incoming messages are logged, and may be responded to with form letters or customized letters. The reporting module allows for advanced searching of the database and the ability to generate customized reports. Taskflow and scheduling modules assist with the assignment and tracking of tasks, such as those related to casework requested by constituents, and office scheduling.
