Centurion Wireless Technologies And M/A-COM Announce Comprehensive Battery Deal; Centurion becomes the only authorized aftermarket supplier of M/A-COM battery products.

LINCOLN, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 17, 2002

Centurion Wireless Technologies, Inc., the leading manufacturer of antennas and power products for wireless communications, and M/A-COM, a unit of Tyco Electronics, a leading manufacturer of critical radio systems deployed around the world, today announced that Centurion will become the only authorized supplier of aftermarket battery products for M/A-COM.

Under the agreement, Centurion will manufacture, sell and distribute all of M/A-COM's current battery products worldwide. Centurion has a long-standing relationship to produce battery packs for M/A-COM's original equipment. Centurion will now provide replacement batteries for the company's entire line of land mobile radio devices to ensure that batteries purchased in the aftermarket meet the same rigid quality standards as the original battery specifications.
