 BB: CGHI.OB), said today it has formally requested that its shares of common stock be de-listed from the Berlin-Bremen stock exchange. The de-listing is expected to take effect within the next 14 days.

Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  Arthur Johnson of Centurion Gold Holdings said, "Our company's stock price has been fluctuating irregularly, which we believe stems from activity taking place through our listing on the German exchange. As a result, we have informed the exchange to cease the trading and quotation of Centurion Gold Holdings' securities listed under the symbol CGHI.OB."
