Centrix Media Corporation Acquires Indie-Underground.com - Makes Groundbreaking Equity Offer to Filmmakers.

Centrix Media Corporation has acquired Indie-Underground Distribution, LLC along with the rights to its web site www.indie-underground.com and its catalog of independent feature films and documentaries.

CMC Chairman Larry Provost announced, "Centrix Media Corporation will be offering filmmakers stock in addition to a percentage of their project's revenues. This represents an unprecedented, groundbreaking opportunity." Mr. Provost recently took startup Salient Cybertech (OTCBB: SLEL) to a publicly traded international company, and he intends to do the same with Centrix Media Corporation.

"With this deal, we will obtain the financing needed to expand our acquisitions, sales and marketing operations," said Indie-Underground President Bruce H. www.indie-underground.com, the first movie site to focus exclusively on independent film festival hits, is an online catalog of films available for licensing and a storefront for sales to indie film fans, bringing them "The best movies you were never meant to see."

Recently, the company inked a deal for musical comedy Isle of Lesbos. Tsunku-Town, Inc. will dub the film in Japanese and release it theatrically in Japan and on Fuji Television Network. Writer/director Jeff B. Harmon said, "I know from past experience how difficult making a sale in Japan can be. Indie-Underground was instrumental in making this deal happen. Other films recently acquired include Loan Shark, the first Digital Video (DV) gangster film directed by Jay Robert Jennings; Artist Portraits, a documentary by acclaimed WILD STYLE director Charlie Ahearn and The Wedding Cow, an award-winning foreign language romantic comedy directed by Tomi Streiff.

The Indie-Underground catalog also includes Whacking Cows, starring Richie Castellano and directed by Eddie Barbini; Pin Gods, directed by Larry Locke and Jan Grznar; Slaves of Hollywood, a scathing look at those who toil on the lowest rung of the Hollywood ladder, directed by Terry Keefe and Michael Wechsler; and Rat Bastard, directed by Mike Stivala.
