Centric Software Signs Reseller Agreement with AEC s.r.l. Consulting of Italy; Relationship Leads to Global Deployment with Italian apparel and children's clothing manufacturer Artsana.

SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Centric Software, the leading provider of Product Intelligence solutions for the extended enterprise, announced today a reseller agreement with AEC s.r.l. Consulting, a software and services solutions provider headquartered in Genova, Italy.

AEC s.r.l. Consulting has years of experience working primarily with European apparel and consumer goods manufacturers. With Centric's Product Intelligence, AEC will now offer their customers a Collection Management solution that rolls-up key performance indicators about thousand of items, continually providing status tracking for each individual item as well as product lines and entire collections. In addition, the solution provides a secure web-based workspace to share information, coordinate activities and work collaboratively with fewer mistakes and improved accountability.

The fashion and consumer goods business units at Artsana will use different aspects of Centric's Collection Management solution to manage the planning, development, scheduling, preproduction sourcing and testing stages for new product development for seasonal collections. The solution also provides a real-time environment for online collaboration between European operations and business partners in the Far East.
