Centre for Functional Foods and Nutraceuticals. (Marketing People).

The University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, announces that Kelley Fitzpatrick will serve as marketing and research development manager for the new Centre for Functional Foods and Nutraceuticals. Fitzpatrick currently serves as president of the Saskatchewan Nutraceutical Network. The center, which will be completed this year, is a $25 million research facility dealing with the development of functional, health-enhancing foods and nutraceuticals from prairie crops.
