Centraxx Enhances Its Uni-Point Technology -- Signs Licensing Deal With Digcom.

Centraxx Inc. (OTCBB:CNXX) (FRANKFURT:CJQ), a wireless and location technology innovator, today announced that it has completed a licensing agreement with Digcom, Inc. for the use of its Feher-Patented Quadrature Phase-Shift Keying ("FQPSK") technology.

Augmenting UNI-POINT signal and antenna technology with FQPSK modulation technology will significantly increase spectral efficiency and capacity of the Centraxx network, which will directly impact the revenue potential of the network. This important enhancement was originally planned for second-generation applications but has been incorporated now in order to boost data rate capacity. This will help accommodate AutoRescue(TM) vehicle tracking and location system and other products currently under development. The use of FQPSK will also provide the added benefit of lowering the cost of the location Tag.

Other licensees, users and developers of the FQPSK technology include the U.S. Department of Defense, NASA, Intel Corp. (NASDAQ:INTC), Lockheed Martin (NYSE:LMT), Analog Devices (NYSE:ADI), Herley Industries-Vega and L3 Communications Inc.

Centraxx customers using public networks or the UNI-POINT network will have seamless access to the same web-based location services and applications.
