Central Wireless Receives Letter of Intent for Construction of Five Telecommunications Towers.

:CWIR CWIR Continuous Wave Illuminator Radar ) announced today they have received a letter of intent from Alliance Tower Corp. for the construction of five telecommunications towers Telecommunications tower is the generic description of a tower built primarrly to hold telecommunications antennas.

Two of the towers will be will be 400 foot guyed towers; the three additional towers will be monopoles that will be 200 feet in height. The towers will be constructed for a new broadband system to be implemented for a coastal community in South Carolina South Carolina, state of the SE United States. It is bordered by North Carolina (N), the Atlantic Ocean (SE), and Georgia (SW). Facts and Figures

Additionally, Central Wireless is, as with previous contracts, negotiating the maintenance agreement with Alliance Tower Corp. for the five new towers. Alliance Tower Corporation is a firm specializing in the development, management, site acquisition services, and maintenance of communication tower facilities. Included will be a maintenance and monitoring agreement for Central Wireless Inc. that will add monthly recurring re·cur
