Major cellular carriers have been in negotiations with Alliance Towers for the construction of eight new towers in southern and central Georgia. Verizon, Nextel, Cingular and AT&T are major companies in the area. Central Wireless and Alliance Towers concluded their agreement regarding the construction of the eight-(8) telecommunication towers that will increase capacity for the carriers.
