(1) Clark Road, Sarasota, historical reviews requirement completed and submitted to the county to schedule for stipulations and conditions of zoning requirements. (2) Ousley, lease executed and package for zoning completed with hearing scheduled for September 8,2003.(3) Georgetown, zoning hearing completed on August 21st for 360' guyed tower for county emergency system. Permitting process should be completed including NEPA, FAA, SHPO SHPO State Historic Preservation Office/Officer , design and engineering completed, awaiting soils and environmental assessments.(4) Green's Cut, all site acquisition and lease negotiations completed and preliminary engineering under way, surveying to be completed by 9-15-2003.(5) Sasser, engineering currently underway, site acquisition and final lease negotiations completed. (6) Pineboro, site acquisition completed and lease completed, engineering and surveying complete, FAA filed, awaiting SHPO, environmental and NEPA. (7) Norman, site acquisition completed and lease negotiation's completed and executed, engineering and surveying completed, FAA filed awaiting SHPO, NEPA, and environmental, power and utility easements EASEMENTS, estates.
