Central Wireless Inc. Starts Construction at The Alliance Towers Ousley Facility.

SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 8, 2003

Central Wireless (OTCBB:CWIR) announced today that the Company has started construction at the Alliance Towers Ousley facility. The two hundred eighty foot (280') guyed tower facility will service the Ousley area located in Brooks County, GA. The tower is designed to accommodate four wireless carriers with "Cingular Wireless" as the anchor tenant. Alliance Towers is a provider of equipment and antenna lease space to wireless carriers wishing to provide coverage in selected areas.

Steve Troyan, Vice-President Construction for Central Wireless stated, "We are very excited about starting construction on another Alliance facility.
