Central Wireless Inc. Announces Results of Annual Meeting, New Trading Symbol and Filing of Registration Statement.

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 3, 2002

On Aug. 16, 2002 the company held its annual shareholders' meeting shareholders' meeting n. a meeting, usually annual, of all shareholders of a corporation (although in large corporations only a small percentage attend) to elect the Board of Directors and hear reports on the company's business situation.  for 2002 in Dallas. At the shareholders' meeting:
-- Kenneth W. Brand, Keith R. Chrismon, Sharon R. Hetman, Michael S. Delin and Steven W. Troyan were elected as members of the Board of Directors;

-- The shareholders approved an amendment to the company's Articles of Incorporation to change the company's name from "e resources inc" to "Central Wireless Inc.;"

-- The shareholders approved an amendment to the company's Articles of Incorporation to authorize a class of 10,000,000 shares of "blank check" preferred stock; and

-- The shareholders approved Hein + Associates LLP to serve as the company's independent public accountants for the 2002 fiscal year.
