Central Vermont allowed 4.27 percent rate increase.

) issued an order allowing Central Vermont a 4.27 percent increase in its base retail rates. This means new revenues of approximately $8,575,000. The new rates went into effect with service rendered beginning November 1, 1994. CV had requested an 8.9 percent, $17.9 million, increase in rates in February 1994.
