The company will host a webcast at that time, so that interested parties can listen to the meeting live and view presentation slides by selecting the CVPS CVPS Central Vermont Public Service  2006 Annual Meeting link on CVPS's homepage at www.cvps.com. An audio archive of the call and slides will be available at approximately 4:30 p.m. at the same location.

CVPS is Vermont's largest electric utility, serving more than 151,000 customers statewide.
