Central Transport Improves Service with New Terminals in The Northeast.

WARREN, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 6, 2002

In a move to expand coverage, Central Transport(R) today announced the opening of new customer service centers in Rochester, NY; Newburgh, NY; Philadelphia, PA; and Hartford, CT. The opening of the Rochester and Newburgh service centers now brings the number of terminals in New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 State to eight. Philadelphia is Central Transport's ninth facility in Pennsylvania Pennsylvania (pĕnsəlvā`nyə), one of the Middle Atlantic states of the United States. It is bordered by New Jersey, across the Delaware River (E), Delaware (SE), Maryland (S), West Virginia (SW), Ohio (W), and Lake Erie and New York  and Hartford is the second such facility in Connecticut.

Through a series of changes in operations beginning in August 2002 Central Transport has rapidly grown and expanded its terminal network. "The announced openings in the Eastern region will allow us to improve our on-time performance and overall service quality to consistently meet customer demands for overnight, second-day and expedited service," said Peter Ferguson, vice president of operations for CC Eastern, which is Central Transport's service provider in the Northeast.
