Central Park West is hot this season.

Sales at 455 Central Park West, a luxury development on the Upper West Side, are picking up speed. The developer, MCL MCL - Macintosh Common LISP  Companies, announced that more than 67% of the amenity-laden homes have already been sold in both the tower and landmark portion of the multi-million dollar development.

"With construction nearly complete, buyers have shown tremendous interest in all that 455 Central Park West has to offer," said Adrienne Adrienne is the French feminine form of the male name Adrien.

While floors two through 15 of the tower have been purchased by Columbia University Columbia University, mainly in New York City; founded 1754 as King's College by grant of King George II; first college in New York City, fifth oldest in the United States; one of the eight Ivy League institutions.  to house scholars and distinguished senior-level faculty, the majority of the homes have attracted professionals and families with children.

455 Central Park West combines 81 elegant condominiums in a brand new tower, with a four-story, landmark chateau-style structure originally built in the 1880's, which houses 17 unique residences. MCL commissioned the award-winning, international architects the Rockwell Group to design the common areas throughout 455 Central Park West. The lobby, hallways, galleries and other common areas feature a blend of historic elements salvaged from the landmark, including wrought iron wrought iron: see iron.
