Central Newspapers Reports Revenues for Four Weeks Ended July 26, 1998.


PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--August 13, 1998--Central Newspapers, Inc. today announced an increase of 4.8% in revenues for the four weeks ended July July: see month.  26, 1998, compared with the four weeks ended July 27, 1997. Advertising revenue increased 4.9% on a 5.1% increase in full run-of-press (ROP (1) (Raster Operation) An instruction that manipulates the bits of a bitmapped image in some manner.
