Walker Jr. of New Orleans a director of the corporation, announced Gregory L. Nesbitt, president and chief executive officer. Walker is president of Howard, Weil, Labouisse, Friedrichs Inc., an investment banking firm that is headquartered in New Orleans. "We are fortunate to have a person of Mr. Walker's experience join the CLECO CLECO Central Louisiana Electric Co-Op board," Nesbitt said. "His expertise in the field of investment banking will be of great value to us in the years ahead." Walker graduated from high school in Yazoo City, Miss., in 1963, and from Mississippi State University Mississippi State University, at Mississippi State, near Starkville; land-grant and state supported; coeducational; chartered 1878 as an agricultural and mechanical college, opened 1880.
