Russell M. Brooks is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Central Kentucky Federal Savings Bank and CKF Bancorp, Inc. He has been employed by the Bank and the Company for three years and has worked in the banking industry for 27 years. Purcell served on the Board of Directors of First Lancaster Federal Savings Bank for two years prior to its merger with Central Kentucky Federal Savings Bank. He lives in Lancaster where he is a member of St. Williams Church, he has three children, Theresa, Tim and Paul, and is the husband of Niculina Cerlenti.

W. Irvine Fox and Warren O. Nash are retiring from the Board of Directors of Central Kentucky Federal Savings Bank and of CKF Bancorp, Inc., effective February 28, 2005. Fox has served on the Board for 35 years and has been Chairman of Board for the past 10 years. Nash has served on the Board for 19 years.

John H. Stigall has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Central Kentucky Federal Savings Bank and of CKF Bancorp, Inc., effective March 1, 2005.
