Central Hudson Board Appoints New Officer.


POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- The Board of Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation has appointed Michael L. Mosher A mosher is a person who is crossed between goth/punk/skater they have long hair and listen to music like slipknot and metal music. Some people call them headbangers. At certain music shows they have something called a mosh pit, basically its a fight pit with loads of people bashing each other.  to the position of Assistant Vice President of Regulatory Affairs Regulatory Affairs (RA), also called Government Affairs, is a profession within regulated industries, such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, energy, and banking. Regulatory Affairs professionals usually have responsibility for the following general areas:
. Mosher will be responsible for interacting with federal and state regulators on behalf of the utility, which is preparing to file its first request for an increase in delivery rates since 1993.

In June 2004, he was reassigned to participate in CH Energy Group's Business Development Team.
