) announced today that it will release second quarter 2004 financial results before U.S. market hours on Thursday, August 5, 2004.

The Company will host a teleconference to discuss its results on Thursday, August 5, 2004 at 10:00 am (New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 Time). To access the teleconference, please dial +1 888-858-4723 (U.S. callers) or +1 973-582-2792 (international callers) ten minutes prior to the start time. The teleconference will also be available via live webcast on the Company's website, located at www.cetv-net.com.
