BROAD Street's Hard Rock CafA is now under new management.

This fine traditional English restaurant-cum-bar has recently been sold by Rank to the Seminoles Indian tribe of Florida.

They are not your average Red Indians.

Historically, the Seminoles are an amalgamation of native Indian tribes combined with freed black slaves. These guys know how to kick ass, and in fact remain one of the few undefeated Indian tribes in North America, despite the best efforts of the English and Spanish. Buffalo burgers or Creole chicken and chips on the menu? The jury is out.
