) Central Capital Corporation today announced a Small Shareholder Purchasing and Selling Program (the "Program") that enables shareholders who owned 499 or fewer common shares ("Shares") of Central Capital Corporation as of June 14, 1996, to purchase additional Shares up to a board lot or sell their Shares without incurring any brokerage commission. The purchase or sale of Shares will be executed through the facilities of The Toronto Stock Exchange Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE)
