Central Amir of banned outfit arrested from Bahawalpur.


BAHAWALPUR, July 18, 2009 (Balochistan Times) -- On the basis of intelligence report, central Ameer of banned outfit was arrested during search operation in Bahawalpur. This may be a local or state police, federal agencies such as the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) or the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).  is continue in area of Southern Punjab against those having link with militants and banned outfits. The Personnel of law enforcement agencies has arrested Central Ameer of banned Al-Furqan Tahir Hayat alias Farooq Bahi from Bhawalpur. Tahir Hayat alias Farooq Bahi involved in Jihadi Adj. 1. jihadi - of or relating to a jihad  activity along with Movli Abdul Jabbar in Afghanistan was also arrested in 2004 from Pakistan. He was also member of banned Harkat-ul-Ansar. He also worked with Maulana Masood Azhar Maulana Masood Azhar is a former clergyman who's family settled in Bahawalpur, Pakistan at the time of its independence. He is active in Terrorist activities in the Kashmir valley. , Chief of banned Jash-e-Mohammad but he disassociated himself from the outfit due to some reason and elected as Central Ameer of banned Al-Furqan.
