The Security Council on 10 February February: see month.  welcomed the Secretary-General's decision to establish a United Nations Peace-Building Office in the Central African Republic Central African Republic, republic (2005 est. pop. 3,800,000), 240,534 sq mi (622,983 sq km), central Africa. The landlocked nation is bordered by Chad (N), Sudan (E), Congo (Kinshasa) and Congo (Brazzaville) (S), and Cameroon (W).  (BONUCA BONUCA Bureau d'appui des Nations Unies pour la consolidation de la paix en République Centrafricaine (United Nations Peace-building Office in the Central African Republic) ). Succeeding the United Nations Mission in Central Africa, which successfully completed its mandate on 15 February, BONUCA will support the Government's efforts to consolidate Consolidate

This term is generally used in the context of consolidated financial statements.
