Fourth Quarter 2005 Results

Revenues for the fourth quarter of 2005 were $9.8 million, compared with $9.4 million in the third quarter of 2005 and $10.5 million in the fourth quarter of 2004. Software license revenue for the fourth quarter of 2005 was $2.9 million, or 29 percent of total revenues, compared with $2.6 million in the third quarter of 2005 and $3.7 million in the fourth quarter of 2004. Software services revenues were $2.8 million for the fourth quarter of 2005, or 28 percent of total revenues, compared with $2.5 million in the third quarter of 2005 and $2.7 million in the same period last year.
