Centra Capital Takes Stake in ValiDate/400, LLC.

McCracken of Centra Technology Acquisitions announced here today that, through its merger with INTO 2000, Inc., the Company has taken a 30% ownership of ValiDate/400, LLC, a company providing the next generation of Year-2000 tools for the IBM AS/400 computing environment. Centra Acquisitions is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Centra Capital Corp. (NASDAQ: CENC), a Nevada Corporation.

ValiDate/400, LLC is the owner of ValiDate/400(tm), The Final Year-2000 Filter. Launched in 1999, ValiDate/400 is designed for use at the end of a Year-2000 project to double-check the date integrity of data produced by converted systems, upgraded vendor applications or home-grown projects. This capability is particularly important to organizations that need to prove they are Y2K compliant on an ongoing basis, organizations such as banks, public utilities or publicly-traded companies.
