Centiv Launches New MenuMaker Application.

Centiv, Inc. (NASDAQ:CNTV), announced today the national launch of a revolutionary application for creating and producing custom menus called "MenuMaker". The application was developed by Centiv specifically to support the Company's current and potential clients in the alcohol beverage category where sales organizations spend an estimated $100 million annually preparing drink, wine and food menus to support their brands in restaurants and bars. The MenuMaker application is being offered without additional charge to Centiv's clients as part of the Instant Impact(TM) service for custom P-O-P advertising.

The proprietary application uses leading-edge Web technology to dynamically create menus using a simple user interface and a database of templates, menu backgrounds and client recipes. Users create a menu in a few short minutes using simple drop-down boxes and text entry. The software automatically chooses appropriate font sizes and text formatting. Menus designs are created, stored and printed through Centiv's digital printing services and delivered to the restaurant customer in as few as three days. The system automatically stores and reports on the brands selected for the menu items, the quantities and costs of the menus printed and the relative "share of voice" by brands across accounts and markets.
