Centiv Announces New Chief Marketing Officer.

Centiv, Inc. (NASDAQ: CNTV) announced today that John R. Bauer has joined Centiv as Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. Bauer has an extensive background in marketing and sales in the consumer packaged goods industry. Most recently, he was the Partner in charge of marketing and sales in a new business venture at Information Resources, Inc. in Chicago.

Centiv is enhancing its management team to add packaged goods market expertise to its existing base of technical capabilities. The brand became the number one new product launch in the Grocery industry that year, and continues to be a core brand within the Tropicana Products franchise. He has an undergraduate degree from Duke University and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN.
