Centinela Hospital Medical Center appoints new CEO.


INGLEWOOD, Calif.--(HealthWire)--Jan. 15, 1997--Centinela Hospital Medical Center, the official hospital for the Los Angeles Dodgers "Dodgers" and "Brooklyn Dodgers" redirect here. Smithhisler as its new CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. .

A native of Washington D.C., Smithhisler has a long-tenured history in health care administration. He was selected for the Centinela post for his ability to adapt to industry changes while providing leadership and positive change that will help the medical facility maintain its strength and reputation through the 21st century.

Prior to his appointment at Centinela, Smithhisler worked throughout the southern and southwestern regions of the United States, most recently as CEO of the 423-bed Columbia East Houston Medical Center in Houston.
