, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 24, 1995--Centigram Communications Corporation (NASDAQ-CGRM) today reported sales of $17,607,000 and a loss of $1,417,000 or $.22 per share for the third quarter of fiscal 1995, as compared to sales of $20,206,000 and net income of $1,998,000 or $.30 per share for the third quarter of fiscal 1994. Sales for the third quarter of 1995 were 9% above the $16,205,000 in net sales Net Sales

This amount is calculated by subtracting the following items from gross sales: merchandise returned for credit, allowances for damaged or missing goods, freight
 reported for the second quarter ended April 1, 1995, when the Company reported net income of $17,000.

Sales for the nine months ended July 1, 1995 were $48,817,000 as compared to $58,018,000 for the first nine months of fiscal 1994. The Company reported a net loss of $1,906,000 or $.29 per share for the first nine months of fiscal 1995 and net income of $5,797,000 or $.89 per share in the first nine months of fiscal 1994.
