Centigram And Priority Call Management Form Strategic Alliance; Technology Leaders Join Forces to Deliver Innovative Communications Solutions to Network Service Providers.

SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--August 1, 1995--Centigram Communications Corporation (NASDAQ:CGRM) and Priority Call Management today announced their strategic alliance to promote and deliver one-number communications solutions to customers in the wired and wireless service provider industry. One-number communications provides access through a single telephone number to an individual's office, home or cellular telephone, as well as to voice mail, pagers and facsimile machines.

The two companies will work closely to leverage the combined capabilities of Centigram's proven Adaptive Information Processing (AIP)(R) platform, which provides robust message management services, and Priority's MSX platform, which offers enhanced call management capability. Additional enhanced services jointly delivered include debit card, credit card and international calling services that let mobile individuals make outbound calls quickly and easily. Service providers can market these services to an expanded set of subscribers to increase toll and network revenues while decreasing credit and security risk.
