The DynCorp project, which included nine floors of interior work totaling over 194,000 square feet, is in Building II of the Class A Plaza America development, a current Centex project. Construction included architectural finishes such as cherry millwork panels and granite countertops throughout the fourth and twelfth floors; office and boardroom space; conference space on every floor; computer labs and a fitness facility.
