Centex Construction Company Announces Personnel Additions and Promotions to Its Mid Atlantic Division.

The Mid Atlantic Division of Centex Construction Company announces the additions of Jim Fredmund, senior project manager; Jerry Jarosik, quality control manager; Ted O'Donnell, superintendent; Randy Sibold, project executive and Art Willoughby, project manager.

Centex also announces the promotions of Bryan Frady to senior project manager and Joe Pius to project executive.

Jim Fredmund joined Centex as senior project manager and is currently working on a rehabilitation/extension project at Washington Dulles International Airport. Fredmund brings to Centex over 20 years of construction experience, including a diverse group of project types from healthcare to high-tech and laboratory.

Jerry Jarosik joined Centex as quality control manager and is currently working on a rehabilitation/extension project at Washington Dulles International Airport. With over 20 years of construction industry experience, Jarosik has expertise on airport development projects and experience as a quality control manager, a contracting officer's technical representative and a resident engineer. He is a certified BOCA building inspector general, a building plans examiner and a licensed pilot.

Ted O'Donnell joined Centex as superintendent and is currently working on the Plaza America III and IV corporate office building complex in Reston, Va. Prior to joining Centex, O'Donnell, who has more than 14 years of construction industry experience, worked on such projects as the Health and Science Library at the University of Maryland at Baltimore and the Sallie Mae Headquarters located in Reston, Va.

Randy Sibold joined Centex as project executive and is currently working on the Plaza America III and IV corporate office building complex in Reston, Va., and the Union Center Plaza Phase III corporate office building in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining Centex, Sibold, who has over 20 years of experience, worked on such large-scale projects as the Naval Air Station Training School in Pensacola, Fla., and the Fairview Park high-rise corporate office building in Falls Church, Va.

Art Willoughby joined Centex as a project manager and is currently completing the award-winning AboveNet ISX-VA3 Internet Services Exchange Center in Reston, Va. Prior to joining Centex, Willoughby, who has over 27 years of construction industry experience, worked on such high-profile projects as the MCI Center in Washington, D.C., and the World Bank Main Complex in Washington, D.C.

Promoted from project manager to senior project manager, Bryan Frady is currently completing the Quincy Tower corporate office building project in Arlington, Va. Other Centex project experience includes the Womack Army Medical Center in Ft. Bragg, N.C., and the Duke University Levine Science Research Center in Durham, N.C.

Promoted from senior project manager to project executive, Joe Pius is currently working on the National Academy of Sciences/National Research Council corporate office building in Washington, D.C. His other project experience includes the Main Treasury Building Renovation in Washington, D.C., the IRS National Headquarters Building in New Carrollton, Md., and the CIA Headquarters Expansion in Langley, Va.
