When the rollout is complete, more than 40,000,000 calls per year will be handled by the new Siebel eHealthcare 7 desktop.

With complete access to all data systems, customer service representatives will be able to more quickly and accurately service caller requests, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction. By providing a single point of access to multiple, complex information sources, standardizing on Siebel eHealthcare 7 will also ensure consistent adherence to policies across all of CMS' contact centers.
