Center Sold: Gale Technology Associates Ltd. has sold the Gale Commercial Center at 17171 Gale Ave. to Big Valley Gale LLC and Capital Progress Gale LLC for $9.25 million. U.S. Bank Card has replaced the County of Los Angeles as the lessee of the 48-year-old, 3-acre property.
