"From state-of-the-art office and lab accommodations to expansive storage spaces and distribution facilities, it can satisfy the needs and desires of wholesale distributors, national and international satelitte offices, call centers and more."

Additional available space offers suites ranging from 288 s/f to 10,000 s/f in the complex' newest building. The suites offer an array of upgraded features and conveniences, such as drive-in doors and loading docks.

Hillsborough Business Center is now 95% leased. Much of the complex' success can be traced to its versatile floorplans, which can be designed to fit tenants' specific needs. The flexibility of Hillsborough Business Center enables a company to identify its needs and customize the space accordingly, said Robert Marek, another Raider Realty vice president.

"Better yet, should they experience growth in the future, we have the capability to provide additional office space within the complex, thus eliminating many of the headaches associated with relocating headquarters," he noted.
