The first session, Essentials in Nonprofit Governance - Current Legal Issues from the Experts, sponsored and co-presented by Jones Day, will take place on Wednesday, September 7. Participants will hear from a panel of board governance experts led by Jones Day Partner, Pat Villareal. Audio and Power Point presentations from the session will be available on the Center's website on September 8.
