) today announced the appointment of Lisa Kim Pai as executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary.

Pai, 47, brings more than 15 years of experience in the legal profession, primarily serving as general counsel and corporate secretary for leading financial institutions focused on the Korean-American community in the greater Los Angeles area The Greater Los Angeles Area, or the Southland, is the agglomeration of urbanized area around the city of Los Angeles, California, United States. Pai is a member of the California State Bar and serves on the advisory boards of the Asian Pacific Alumni Association of University of California, Los Angeles UCLA comprises the College of Letters and Science (the primary undergraduate college), seven professional schools, and five professional Health Science schools.
