Centennial de Puerto Rico Selects RELTEC as Vendor of Choice for SONET Access Systems; First Customer for RELTEC OSIRIS in Puerto Rico.

IRVING, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 19, 1998--RELTEC Corporation (NYSE:RLT) today announced it has been selected as vendor of choice by Centennial de Puerto Rico for its SONET OC3/OC12 Access Systems. Centennial will incorporate the RELTEC OSIRIS Broadband Access Multiplexer into both their PCS and wireline network operations on the island, expanding Centennial's ability to provide multiple services on the same platform.
