) announced today that it acquired a 38% interest in INFOS INFOS Informations  INTERNATIONAL, INC. ("INFOS"), a supplier of intelligent hand held data collection equipment for route accounting, shop floor data collection and field sales organizations. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

INFOS INTERNATIONAL, INC. is a private company headquartered in Woburn, Massachusetts Woburn (/'wu.bə(r)n/) is a city in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, USA. The population was 37,258 at the 2000 census. Woburn is the birthplace of Anglo-American scientist Benjamin Thompson, a.k.a.  with offices located throughout Europe. Customers of INFOS include international food distributors, package goods manufacturers and suppliers of various household products.
