Centennial Technologies, Inc. receives an order valued at $16,800,000 from Philips Home Services, Inc.

BILLERICA, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 3, 1996--CENTENNIAL TECHNOLOGIES, INC. (AMEX: CTN) announced today that it received a $16,800,000 order from PHILIPS HOME SERVICES, INC. (the screen telephony and interactive services unit of PHILIPS ELECTRONICS) to supply PCMCIA memory cards to be used in certain PHILIPS telecommunication products. The PCMCIA cards to be supplied contain proprietary designs and technology for which CENTENNIAL has filed a patent application. Delivery of these cards is anticipated to be completed over the next twenty-four months.
