TECHNOLOGIES, INC. (AMEX: CTN) announced today it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a subsequent public offering of 1,350,000 shares of common stock of the Company.

Needham & Company, Inc. and Furman Selz will serve as the representatives of the underwriters.

CENTENNIAL TECHNOLOGIES, INC. designs, manufactures and sells an extensive line of PC cards used in industrial applications and portable computers, and Flash SIMM Modules used in embedded applications.

A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective.
